In Loving Memory of Brenda Sue Hodges

Brenda Sue Hodges, aged 74, of Bonney Lake, Washington, passed away on September 30th, 2025, at The Cottages of Edgewood in Edgewood, Washington. Brenda was born on March 26th, 1951, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. On May 17th, 2018, Brenda married David B. Knodel in Seattle, Washington. Brenda had a deep love for reading, especially enjoying novels by Steven King. She shared a special bond with her dachshund, Gizmo, who was her loyal companion. Brenda also cherished her time connecting with friends and family, always enjoying conversations and the company of loved ones. Brenda is survived by her husband, David B. Knodel, and her son, Jerald Schumacher. Brenda will be inurned at the New Tacoma Cemetery in University Place, Washington.
